In a hidden village lived a family with powers that could not be shown to the world. They lived by protecting and passing on the family heirloom, the "Egg Key". However, several decades ago it was stolen, and now they live a life devoid of meaning.
In this village, the main character Selafina is treated like a princess. But one day a letter arrives addressed to Selafina from Anju, a girl who did not agree with the family hiding in the village and ran away. “I found the Egg Key. Let's have a competition and see which of us can come back with it in hand.
If I win, I will become the real princess of the village. If they do not accept me as such, the Egg Key will not be returned. After reading this, the village elders, unable to miss the chance to return the Egg Key, send Selafina to Anju as requested.
It seems that the Egg Key will be sold at a large auction in the trading city of Mirado. What will happen to Selafina in this big city...?
