As the name suggests, you have a "second date" with three "daddy bears".
While sex follows, this sequel focuses more on world building:
you can explore the city (the first game took place entirely in the clinic)
and get to know some of the inhabitants, and you'll learn more about "daddy bear's" backstory and personalities.
