Interns of Ecstasy Island will be an erotic visual novel with random events and some RPG elements. The story includes body/gender transformation, mind control as well as sex. There will probably be sex in the game. Definitely.
(Eventually) Like most visual novels, the game will feature a branching story with accompanying graphics, and the player will be able to make choices for their character at various points. Also, I plan to include random events and appointments. Every time you play it's a completely different game!
The game won't change drastically, but the order of events should change each time you play, with some events only happening randomly and others dependent on what you've done and what's been done to you.
